We do hope you are very happy with your items purchased from the Sarah Swan Dublin Website..

If for some reason you are not happy with your product please do let us know by email sarah@sarahswandublin.com within 14 days of receipt.

We ask that you kindly return the item or items in the same condition that you received it with original tags and packaging that you received it in.

If you receive an item that is flawed or damaged please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.

Please note that the item must be reported to our customer care team sarah@sarahswandublin.com or 087 109 0004 before returning the item.

Once your item has been received please expect to receive a refund between 5 - 14 days of receiving. If at any stage you are concerned about the whereabouts of the returned item or refund please contact us immediately.

Please note that the parade is at buyers cost. Please keep your receipt as proof of posting as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
